Pasta Bolognese

One pasta dish I enjoy regularly is bolognese pasta or makaronia me kima (as we say in Greek). It was a staple I grew up with that my Yiayia Sofia would make every other week. I thought I had the best recipe, but Bon Appetit recently released their version of pasta bolognese that they’ve perfected.
"It doesn’t take a lot of ingredients (or a lot of money) to make a classic Bolognese recipe. What it does take, though, is patience for the sauce to achieve the ideal authentic texture.
