About Vassili
Vassili Demos is a young guy in his twenties, living life to the fullest through food and inspiring others to do the same. Born in Athens, Greece and raised in San Diego, he has treasured getting together with family and friends and eating exceptional food.
Vassili holds a B.A. in Journalism, and minors in Spanish and International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University (SDSU).
After graduating from SDSU he focused on enhancing his culinary experience through eating delicious meals and a passion for food was ignited. Vassili wanted to combine his love for writing and his love for food, so he created the food blog.
