I’m so fortunate to have grown up eating these heavenly bites thanks to my Yiayia Sofia. Yiayia would prepare a large batch of ground beef and shape it into both meatballs and large burgers. This allows you to cook a few of the freshly made ones and freeze the rest for future use.

Make these Greek meatball burgers in the oven with potatoes, or pan-fry them and add a side of mashed potatoes, you may even use them in pasta sauce. Kali Orexi!
